Loadbudget is an app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Iwona Wesolowska publishes it.

This page states what the app does today. The app is in development. When the app changes what it holds, this page changes with it.

What the app reads from Apple Health

The app asks for permission to read nine things:

The app reads the total distance of each workout when it shows your sessions. It uses that total to find your pace.

The app reads each heart-rate reading of each run when it shows your sessions. It also reads each running-speed reading of those runs.

The app reads every other reading of your heart rate, running speed and distance only when you export your workouts. It reads them for each run, walk and hike, and for no other workout.

The app reads your resting heart rate and your VO2 max only when you export your workouts.

When you rate a workout, the app asks for permission to save its Workout Effort Score in Apple Health. It associates that score with the workout. Revoking Apple Health access does not delete values already saved in local coaching records or journey history.

You choose permissions when the app requests them. You can change them at any time in the Apple Health app. Apple Health controls which records the app can read.

What the app stores

Local records hold your session comments, race plans, coaching answers and scheduled workout plans. A session comment includes its text, writing time, workout reference and historical effort score at that time.

Private journey history records app openings and returns from the background. It retains the daily state actually presented, including proposed runs, prepared steps and the values that explain a proposal. It also records saved answers, preview openings and Watch scheduling outcomes. Missing history does not establish what you did.

Daily feedback holds optional outcomes, reasons and notes. Feedback text stays separate from immutable journey events. Editing a note replaces its current text without copying the old text into events.

Apple Health holds the original workout and sleep records. Local coaching records and journey history can retain values derived from those records.

Where your data goes

The app has no account or telemetry server. It sends no automatic journey events or Apple Health data to us. It uses no remote analytics or advertising SDK.

The app stores journey history locally without app-managed cloud sync. Device backups can include local records, including journey history. Your backup settings control those copies.

Sharing feedback

About offers Share journey feedback. You select dates and entries. The category Suggested runs and journey events starts selected. The categories Your notes and feedback,Your answers and explanations andWorkout summaries and personalized targets start unselected.

Preparing the basic feedback report performs no Apple Health query. Selecting workout summaries permits a read of the selected completed workouts and their available summary statistics. A failed read remains visible.

The feedback report excludes raw Apple Health readings, routes, workout and device identifiers, and race names. It uses relative days and new references for each report. It excludes precise occurrence timestamps. Suggestions and free-text notes can still reveal health information or identify you.

You can omit individual notes or edit their report copies. These edits preserve your stored originals. You can review an optional readable preview. The preview and final file use the same frozen selection. The app shares the file only through the destination you select in the system share sheet.

The app protects temporary feedback files and verifies their protection. Device data protection depends on an active passcode. It removes these files after sharing or cancellation. Startup recovery removes files from interrupted shares. Cleanup failures remain visible with a retry.

Other sharing tools

The share control on an individual session includes its activity, date, duration, effort and load. It can include the available saved comment and its earlier effort context. It also includes the app build version. You choose its destination in the system share sheet.

Export workouts is separate from Share journey feedback. It exports the last ninety days of workouts. For runs, walks and hikes, it includes heart rate, speed and distance readings with their times. It also includes laps, pauses, resumptions, resting heart rate and VO2max estimates.

The workout export includes the recording app and device product type, model, system version and hardware version. It can include Bluetooth recorder codes. It replaces each original workout identifier with a code that stays the same across exports. It omits device names.

The workout export filename includes a date and an installation code. Review this separate export before selecting its destination. Share journey feedback uses new report references instead.

Share diagnostics exports operational diagnostics from the current launch. It excludes journey payloads, health values and note text. You select its destination.

The app uses no health or fitness data for advertising or marketing. You decide whether to send feedback to another person or service. That recipient receives the selected copy.

How long the app keeps your data

Journey events and daily feedback remain until you delete them. You can pause recording, resume it, or delete selected entries, days or all journey history. Resume starts with future presentations. It does not fill the paused interval.

Deleting a proposal also removes its linked journey entries and daily feedback. History deletion preserves existing session comments, coaching answers, scheduled plans and Apple Health workouts. You can delete existing comments in their session editor.

Deleting local records cannot remove an already shared copy or a device backup. Deleting the app leaves Apple Health records under the control of Apple Health.

Children

The app is for adults. It asks nobody for an age.
